The Bench is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.
Information we collect
None. The app has no account or sign-in, no analytics, and no advertising. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or any other personal data.
Data stored on your device
Your record on the bench, your case history, and your in-progress case are saved locally on your device using the operating system’s standard app storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app permanently removes it.
Network & third parties
The Bench works fully offline. All game content is bundled with the app, and gameplay requires no internet connection. We use no third-party services, no software development kits that collect data, and no tracking of any kind.
Children’s privacy
Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. We do not knowingly gather data from users of any age.
Changes to this policy
If this app ever adds a feature that handles personal data, we will update this policy and the date above before that feature ships. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
